We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project.

Client reviews and feedback

If you submit a review through our client review page, we receive the information you enter: your name, business name, email address, website (if provided), your star rating (if provided), your written feedback, and the publication permissions you select. Your email address is used only to verify that the submission came from a real client. Email addresses are never displayed publicly. Feedback you mark as private stays private, and nothing is published except according to the permission you actively select. Every review submission is reviewed by NTK Works before anything appears on the website.

How form submissions are handled

Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which delivers your message to us by email. Your form information passes through their service as part of that delivery. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone except as needed to respond to you.

Analytics and cookies

NTK Works does not currently run website analytics software or advertising trackers on this site, and does not set marketing cookies. The site is hosted on infrastructure that may set basic technical or security cookies required for the site to load and function. Those are not used for advertising or profiling.

Data retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain normal business records. If you would like us to delete your inquiry information, email us and we will remove what we reasonably can.
